Animalive’s first IAAPA award winner:
real-time animated characters with pre-recorded voices integrated with a client’s live mascot for Warner Brothers/Looney Tunes theatre shows.
BBC Merlin
Animalive collaborated with Merlin Entertainments to develop and build the interactive visitor experience The Dragon Tower at Warwick Castle. Animalive created a live CGI “Great Dragon”, an experience that mixes real-time CGI with live special FX for a fully immersive fantasy experience.
BBC Graham Norton Show
Animalive were invited to appear on BBC1’s The Graham Norton Show: comedian Rob Brydon performed as a panda character alongside actors Kate Winslet and Jamie Bell, showcasing motion capture technology’s capacity for interactivity and entertainment.
CHESSINGTON WORLD OF ADVENTURES
Animalive’s first 3D photo-realistic model, Chessington’s lemur showcased texture and movement capabilities by utilising “clumped fur” technology.

UNIVERSE SCIENCE PARK
Designed in collaboration with the client who subsequently bought its full ownership and licensing rights, Robert the Robot is a bespoke character utilised by the venue for entertainment and education through live animated interaction.
TABATINGA
Animalive’s first live party room interactive shows: AnimaChat systems installed across three venues, connected and controlled by a single operator from one location to deliver short participatory party room performances.

ULTIMATE EXPLORER
Incorporating technology capable of animating individual hair and whisker strands across the entire model, Baruti the Meerkat is Animalive’s interactive mascot commissioned and shown by National Geographic across two locations. Animalive have also developed an orangutan utilising the same technology.
