A: The technical set up for Animalive’s products is simple and can usually be done within half a day.
Q: Is the installation permanent?
A: The system does not have to be permanent; its quick installation means that it can be dismantled on a daily basis.
Q: Can I move the system to different locations easily?
A: Yes, the system is compact and can easily be transferred.
Q: Can I use the system outside?
A: Yes, as long as there is a power supply, the set up will work.
Q: What is the min / max audience size?
A: Audience depends on the HD output installed – the larger the screen, the bigger the audience.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time is 2 – 4 weeks
Q: Where do you ship?
A: We are able to ship to any location.

Q: How long does it take to create characters that will suite my requirements?
A: Characters usually take a month depending on the complexity.
Q: Can I use my pre-existing mascot?
A: Yes, we will create a character to any specification and requirements.
Q: Can I change the characters voice and language?
A: The character will speak the language that the operator speaks. Whilst not provided, there is voice distorting software available that we can recommend.
Q: How do we get a branded licensed character?
A: The use of branded characters is usually negotiated between yourself and the brand.
Q: Do branded characters cost extra?
A: Our price is based on the complexity of the character and is not effected by a brand agreement.
Q: What kind of content can be created?
A: We can create simple props and more elaborate pre-recorded animations that are activated via switches.
Q: What is the price of the content?
A: This depends on complexity of content.
Hardware Questions
Q: What equipment do you supply with each products?
A: Motion capture hardware, animation software, operating software, PC, 2-way voice controllers, audience camera.
Q: What warranty do we get?
A: 12 months
Operation Questions
Q: What is the required actor space?
A: Actor space has previously been as little as 6ft x 6ft.
Q: How many operators are required to operate the system?
A: The system is solo operated.
Q: How long does it take training time?
A: Normally it is within one day. Also we provide the on going customer support.
Q: What is the range of possible movements for ChatterBox?
A: The Chatterbox hardware captures full upper body movements, complete body capture can be accomplished with a bespoke option.
